Centura is a flexible LED interior linear lighting system, designed to make complex designs simple.
An innovative and modular design offers the flexibility to follow curved surfaces, encircle columns and domes, and to make irregular shaped pendants, all whilst offering excellent lighting control and uniformity.
The system is available in both uplight and downlight versions, surface mounted or suspended, and with a light output of up to 1,600 lumens per ft (5,500 lumens per Mtr), making it ideal for a wide range of application areas including architectural, hospitality, leisure and retail.
Centura has an articulated linkage-joint system between modules allowing for flexibility along the major axis.
As well as the flexible hand-bendable versions the system also includes fixed shapes including curves and rings of various sizes and shapes using the same components.
The body and anti-glare louvres are available in most RAL colours, including gold for warmth, black for a dark light effect and red for dramatic impact.
A wide range of LED types and optics are available including a wall wash version with cut angled snoots that produces an even lit effect with excellent visual comfort and ultra-low glare.
At the moment two sizes of modules are available for interior lighting applications and it is envisaged that exterior use and larger modules will be developed in the future to meet project requirements.
The system has integral LV constant current drivers so long lengths can be lit from a single large remote power supply unit.
Dimming options include 1 - 10V, DMX and DALI with one dimming kit able to control up to 1,300 ft (400 Mtrs) of the system.
The Centura System has been awarded best interior product at the Light Middle East Awards in 2018.
The Centura System IP20 also won a German Design Award for Excellent Product Design (Lighting) in 2020.
Here’s what the jury said about it:
This LED lighting system is based on a basic module with an elegant, modern and high-quality look, but the system’s full potential can best be seen when multiple individual units are creatively combined. An interesting system that lends rooms a certain flair.
